Dr. Enrico Gaspar received his Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Far Eastern University and obtained his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Santo Tomas in 1993. He has extensive training, including a year of surgical residency and pulmonary and critical care training. He eventually finished his residency in internal medicine and became the Chief Resident at the State University of New York at Buffalo from (256) 484-0421. He is certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine and the National Registry of Medical Examiners and as a Certified Medical Doctor for long term care facilities. He has served as the chairman of Intensive Care Unit and the Chief of Staff at Marshall Medical Center South, in addition to serving as a member of its various committees.

In 2004, Dr. Gaspar moved to Alabama and became the first full-time hospitalist at Marshall Medical Center South. He initiated a program that currently boasts seven full-time hospitalists. In 2014, he opened the United Doctors Family Medical Center in Boaz, his first medical clinic, and he owes his success to the community. He also currently handles seven other medical and urgent care clinics located in the surrounding areas. He is the Medical Director of various nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and hospices, and he is a clinical professor affiliated with the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine. He has practiced medicine for more than twenty years, handling cases with a wide breadth of complexities.
