I received my LPN licensure in 2013 from the Alabama Board of Nursing (ABON). In 2016, I received my Registered Nurse licensure in 2016 from the ABON. I graduated from Jacksonville State University (JSU) in 2021 with my Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN). I am currently in graduate school at University of North Alabama (UNA) to receive my Family Nurse Practitioner in Master of Science in Nursing (FNP, MSN) degree.

I have spent all of my nursing career split between long-term care (LTC) and home health (HH). I have been employed as a facility charge nurse, wound care nurse, nurse supervisor, infection control preventionist, Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), field case manager nurse, team leader, and care transition coordinator. 

Casey is a native of Cherokee County. She was a graduate of Cherokee County High School. Casey is married to Cherokee County native, Chad Gossett, with whom she shares four children. Casey & Chad have two girls, Sawyer & Kyler, and twin boys, Hawkins & Hagen. She is a GSCC and JSU alumni. She completed her Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of North Alabama in December of 2023. Casey is excited and proud to start serving the people of her county here at Magnolia Senior Care.
